NSL Health & Fitness is designed to provide motivation, encouragement, hope and assistance in fitness for all persons (adults and kids). NSL’s vision is to eventually get to a point where there becomes a weekly or bi-weekly activity all year round.

NSL will be hosting once a month health, wellness and fitness bootcamp by which NSL will engage Personal Trainers, Fitness Instructors and other exercise gurus to provide help to members of the community with exercising and proper way to exercise. These exercises program will be at no cost to the participants.

NSL also plans on working with Nutritionists and Doctors to provide some form of beneficial services to members of the community at no cost to them. NSL and the professionals will help participants tailor diet that can help participant improve on awareness about contents of diet and how to improve eating behavior.
